At AMAZIR | MARRAKECH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the conditions below.

1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:
 • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.
 • It must include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
 • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery (EU legal standard).
 • Items returned after 14 days may not be accepted.

We do not accept returns for:
 • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
 • Customized or personalized items
 • Items showing signs of wear, damage, perfume, or stains

2. How to Request a Return

3. Return Shipping Costs
 • If the return is due to defect or wrong item, we cover return shipping.
 • If the return is due to a change of mind, wrong size, or preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
We are not responsible for lost or unreturned packages.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:
 • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
 • Refund processing time: 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds are issued only for the item price, excluding shipping fees, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if:
 • They are defective
 • Damaged upon arrival
 • Incorrect size (if stock allows)

6. Damaged or Defective Items

9. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.
